Here is what I found in search:-

It will not refuse the application of an individual who is unable to provide their biometrics. IRCC will leave their applications open by providing them with automatic extensions on their biometrics deadlines. Individuals do not have to give their biometrics until VAC sites re-open and they do not need to contact IRCC to request an extension on their deadline.

I'm a AOR: 9-May-2019 inland candidate. My file was transferred to NDVO in Aug-2019.
And no update after that.
Profile shows - Reviewing Eligibility since Aug-19.
Ordered ATIP in Feb-20 - it says : Interview Requested
But no call or interview since then.
Anyone else in the same boat?
Any idea where the file might be stuck?

This thread is for Outland spousal sponsorship. Inland applications are processed differently. You won't find any useful tips here.
P.S. I was under impression that all inland applications are processed at Mississauga. Never heard of any inland file transferred to NDVO.

The average waiting time is 20 mins before the representative speaks to you. The representative was unable to tell me how long it takes for the passport to be stamped or returned.

Today i logged on to my gc key and i was successful but as i tried to open the check application link the page got stuck and i refreshed it, and after it refreshed the status changed to application updated( before the refresh it was submitted), after refreshing the page, it went back to submitted. Has happened twice to me till now, one a few days ago and again today. Is this happening to anyone else? Some insight would be appreciated. Also there is no change/update at all anywhere.

It has happened to me various times. It's something with a pattern of when we click account home from inside the application view. I did it multiple times and whenever I did, it showed me status as App updated.
the best way to tell if you received Ghost update is when you login to the account and see it then and there.

This is the number. You've to wait for 20 mins minimum. Timings are 8:00 am to 4:00 pm. Monday to Friday.
