Did anyone get request to submit new police clearance after it expired? Apparently there are new guidelines which were different when I did application in Nov,2019. Anyone in same boat?

I did not get DM until this morning. It was in the process until 10 AM EST.
Just now checked my ECAS again and shows DM too !
