Thats only in Alberta for now. It might take few months before other provinces implement it.

I received AOR in oct 2019 file transferred to new delhi in nov 2019 after that no any reply . Medical is going to expire this month

If its expiring this month, you will get an extension email. Hope you were checking your Spam folder for ADR/PPR emails. Just checking.

File transfer to NDVO in dec 2019 after that application received. Today it is changed to in process but no pre arrival letter as off now.
Anyone with same update? And what will be the next step after this ?

Not everyone gets pre arrivals. But, lets hope that in a couple of weeks, you get it and also PPR.
