Today I saw the Status was Application/Profile updated and a couple of minutes ago I cheked it's back to submitted.
This is good that so many of us got ghost updates ..What can this ghost update be for?.

Exactly the same timeline. All the dates are the same. Applying for my husband and sons.
We submitted the biometrics which was updated but not the medical which was also done in Feb. Radio silence from then. Answers to webforms say that the application is in progress.
I can totally understand how tough it is saying away from family and getting no updates from NDVO. Let's hope and pray that our files get picked up soon and we can have our families join us ASAP.

I got a ghost update today. I’ve checked my GCkey account an hour ago and it says application/profile updated.
Please someone tell me what to expect next !

There isn’t a sequence anymore. People with different application submission months are getting updates now. Seems like, a stack of files arranged in the order of month-year have been assigned to different teams.
