They r trying to resume work in vfs. By the end of this year, you'll see they'll start with pprs. Just be a lil positive.
If u think they r not working, u r wrong. They r issuing copr. Just not here at the moment. Join fb spousal grp, you'll find it there.

Maybe just passport submission by courier and no biometrics.
They just released in their website. Passport submission who previously received ppr.
Maybe only for people who have received PPR before March 18th .
Because nobody has got PPR after 18th of March
