It will happen sooner then later.. They have promised 49K applications will be finalized and approved by the end of this year. I bet 20-25% of them will be of NDVO.. so we will see substantial PPR's before end of this year..

Then she can't apply for TRV now unfortunately as a) VFS is not open for biometrics and passport stamping b) chances of a TRV approval when a spousal sponsorship is on is almost nil. Hard luck my friend! why don't you travel to India to visit her instead since there would be no restriction for you to enter either India or Canada.

Well they can't STOP me going there Iam planning to visit her 3rd time in FEB if some sort of vaccinating is started or something like that
