I am august 12 2019 applicant​

my file was transferred on jan 22 2020 and my ECAS status changed to in process around feb or march 2020.
my biometric was done on nov 5 2019 but it doesn't mention in my ECAS. On my gckey profile it shows my biometric done date and expiry date. So having your file status "in process" mean they are working on your file or not? because I haven't received anything since last email about my file being transferred which was in jan 22 2020. you guys were being happy because your status changed to" in process". I m confuse now ! is it a good thing? please help me understanding this situation. thank you
