Hi Guys,

I have a question, i have received a letter from NDVO about procedural fairness... is that something bad??.
Also for sending additional documents nothing is specified in the email or in my account, I don’t find any place to update. So my representative, has sent all documents toDELHIIMMIGRATION@international.gc.ca and delhi-im-enquiry@international.gc.ca. Is that right or do I have to do anything different.
And I was just given 30 days, so I received letter on August 28th and only three more days are left and am very worried now.

please do give suggestions. Thanks in advance
Did you also raise a webform and notify that you had sent the required or may be upload via webform aswell as there is tracking?

Could you please let me know what was the PFL about? And what additional documents were asked? Thanks

Dude those letters are extremely important and u should take it very seriously. It could be about something u have lied about in the application or forgot to mention like correct travel history and visa refusals even if they are from other countries.this letter means officer is giving you last option to clear his/her doubts.

Didn’t you get instructions in the letter on how and where to send the documents?

I have raised a web form but the agent I spoke to over the phone, told me that it needs to be submitted to Delhi.
The question was about our marriage certificate. But I have submitted additional documents

I understand they are important. That’s what makes me tensed. I have every proof and just not sure if sending an email to Delhi immigration solves the problem

Cool! May be you may want to call them again and ask if this was updated to your file, worth checking!

Could you please elaborate what was the ask about marriage certificate or what they thought was mistake please?
This would really help others

Hi guys

AOR: 9-May-2019, and living in Canada since then on work permit
File Moved to NDVO: Due to "WORKLOAD Redistribution" (according to ATIP) in July-2019
No Update since then
Contacted NDVO - thru several Webforms & Emails
But No Reply at all !!
Before Covid - always got a "automated reply"
After Covid - always getting "Covid-reply"

NDVO - officers must be so happy - that they got a reason NOT to work & enjoy paid vacations sitting at home !!

Is there any upper-limit to the waiting time??

Anyone else in the similar situation?

How can we raise voice against all this?
Just calm.. nobody can't do. Its up to immigration officer

Hi All,

Update, I applied Aug 2019. This Friday my spouse received a call from New Delhi Visa office, they asked her questions about our relationship, when we got married, how many times i visited her during the application process, etc etc. All questions were generic and the call was about 7-8 minutes. Just today i got the pre-arrival services letter. Hope this helps..

YES these days they started calling Canada from NDVO to clarify any doubts. My friend had a similar call too. It is better than asking sponsor to personally come to the NDVO however they have the right to ask sponsor to be present
