File transferred to NDVO on July 2019 still not in process

Oh.
May 2019. My file transferred in october 2019.

After seeing the august 2019 applicants getting PA, I thought it might be applicants without additional documents request might be seeing some progress.
But after speaking to a few applicants from April and May 2019 without additional documents request, it seems that the process is arbitrary.

I wonder if they will open VAC in September? Fingers crossed.

For India.. vca's are closed.. not expecting any news until it will reopen.

Wonderful. After months.... they finally talked about opening it and that too in the next month.

It is already there in the website that they will be opening hopefully by sep 30. It came by July
