I put inquiry as from Jan I didn’t got any update after medical cleared and file transfer to Delhi . Got response back that medical and background completed now assigned the officer for checking eligibility

DM is FINAL decision Made already. If DM is +ve then next is PPR, apparently Background check finished

I understand DM is final. However, I haven't read of anyone who applied before June 2019, getting their DM. Please correct me if I am wrong.
But I have only seen changes in status for applicants of June 2019, July 2019 and August 2019.

Is there anyone before June 2019 who have gotten their DMs?

We also had an agent and a representative. But we have ordered gcms by ourselves.

Just wait for vfs to open dear you will get ppr once they start the vosa stamping process.
