File is in NDVO since long.
Never received any update or requirements until 10 days ago. Asked me to submit updated Schedule A.
There are people in other groups waiting and they are Sep, Oct, Nov 2018 applicants.

Can I apply visitor visa for Canada again which got rejected once .and will it effect my Spouse sponsorship that got moved to ndvo by 2020 .I did my biometrics in February 2020 and medicals in September 2019 .when can I expect my PR

VFS can offer their courier service also to submit the passport for visa stamping. So I don't thing closer of VFS will effect very much.

Finally had an update on ECAS, status changed from application received to In Process.
September 13th applicant, file transferred to NDVO on Nov 20.
