I think the link is for VACs. Normally the applications get processed in the migration section of high commission Canada. The have office in Delhi, Chandigarh and Bangalore. Both Chandigarh and Bangalore is closed however, New Delhi is working with limited operation (as per IRCC Facebook page)

Is ghost update a good news?

Hi, ghosts are always good as far as this forum is concerned. But this update may be due to the fact they started processing your application or they may have sent it to other visa office and that visa office might have opened your application.
Can you share what does "ECAS" says on your application status. Do you have a spousal application or PR ?
You will see "Application Updated" but when you click and enter inside the application, you won't find any change. This phenomena here is called "Ghost Update"

Ok. I thought its spousal application. For PR, i think you have to reply on gckey account
Yes, it is an express entry profile. So none of the express entry candidates can rely on ECAS for updates on their application?
No. For EE there's gckey. Can u tell me how do u know your app is in ndvo? Do they send u a msg?
