I hope so. We will know when the exemption will.come in place but this whole covid situation is so unknown and not sure where it will lead to. If you could keep me in the loop when you are booking tickets that would be good. India is under lockdown until March 31st as well and we will know more about the exemption after this week so not much we can do at this point anyways except wait.
True. I will keep you posted when I am looking for tickets as there are issues with some airlines as well. So I will find out all the information and will update. Stay calm and safe.

My husband got visa on March 20 and currently living in India his visa will be expiring in May 12 hope by April 1 they remove the ban so he could make it to home

Expired COPR and PRV: If the applicant informs IRCC via the web form that they were unable to travel after the expiration of their COPR and PRV, or if they were unable to travel prior to expiration, officers are to re-open the application, and it should be brought forward for review in 90 days.
When to review a re-opened application
Once the applicant informs IRCC via the web form that they are able to travel, a re-opened application may be re-approved provided that the applicant and their family members, whether accompanying or not, have valid immigration medical examinations, criminal and security checks and passports.

If the 60-day waiting period elapses and the applicant has not informed us that they are able to travel, a note should be placed in the application, and it should be brought forward for review for an additional 60 days.

Above is a link + small copy of texts from IRCC for info

Another info;-
The coronavirus pandemic is undoubtedly creating some challenges but it is important not to lose sight of the big picture. Canada remains open to global talent and recently announced its 2020-2022 Immigration Levels Plan whereby it is targeting the admissions of over one million new permanent residents over the coming three years.

The plan provides IRCC with plenty of flexibility, including the ability to welcome even more immigrants than its targets. For instance, Canada can welcome up to 390,000 immigrants by 2022.

Is New Delhi office still processing pr application still ??? Any Idea or update thanks
No unfortunately everything is on hold until March 31

My husband got visa March 20 and he is stuck in India that means then they won’t even remove the travel ban

No unfortunately, it's waiting time for us again. keep fingers crossed to have this COVID-19 slows down. and goes away so that we can reunite with our better halfs. This is really frustrating but not much we can do, except do our part in making sure the spread of this virus dies down.
