There is no need to travel as of now . It is better to u stay where u r . It is 100% confirmed that a spouse of permanent resident can enter canada and they also do the landing procedure. I have confirmed it myself on the call with cbsa only after it was confirmed by a immigration lawyer with whom i have consulted. But the thing is one need to be alive in order to spend his/her life with their spouse.
