Web form, wait a week, and then call them to confirm? Then book ticket? What's their phone number?I'll suggest you to wait 1 week , raise a web form after a week to just let them know that you're planning to move or land on so and so date. 1 week after that, call them and reconfirm if that's okay. after that book the ticket. if you're okay to pay rescheduling fees for the ticket, then book it anytime. but do follow the steps of web form and calling them as I explained above in any case.

U dont need an appointment for passport submission i guess .. You can directly go straight forward for submitting ur passport if m not wrongSo this means passports are not submitted in vfs Chandigarh?
