Application Received 11mach 2019 Dec 16 2019 spouncer approval come with biomatric 17 Dec 2019 medical request
File transfer to Delhi 27 Jan 2020 application received 19feb 2020 start processing second line add on ecas status after that still waiting my 12 months time period going to finish next month
Hie.. My application received date was 12 march 2019 ..Still Waiting For PPR .. No update after file trnsfrd to NDVO

People applying for there spouses, which are on work permit getting there visa within 10-12 days from new delhi and we are not getting it even after pre arrival received 3 months ago and decision made 2 week ago. Is it even close to fair?
Are they testing the relationship through this waiting period because I don’t know about any of you but I am seriously struggling to maintain the happiness in ours.
P.S - We both are high school loves and together from last 8 years. Not a single red flag in my file. No documents ask, no interview from NDVO. So why the wait?

Seriously? You should sue them if they cross the one year timeline and you don’t have any issues in your case.
I agree. I have the same case, dated for more than 8 years before tying the knot. No idea what do they need to do once decision is made. It is so annoying.

You should check the work permit spousal forum. People are getting passport requests in a week. Like seriously what wrong did we do to IRCC that we have to pay for this. Is this a joke for them.
Some people says that the work load is too much on NDVO, then hire more staff. We are paying pretty decent for our file processing.

After this I didn't received any mail or update regarding my file
Its not only work permit spousal forum any file that is transferred to Mississauga they are getting there PR in 5-6 months irrespective of type of application. Not only Mississauga but also other VO after getting DM they are getting there PPR in 1 week to maximum. Only files moved to NDVO has this issue.
