hi my wife file for pr was sent to new dehi office in oct 28 and haven't heard anything yet does any one know how they take to ask for passport or if they are picking up file or how they work when picking up files any help would be great thanks

What did they ask in additional documents?

They requested for my divorce documents in original language, not translated, which is stupid because the instructions is to have all documents translated in English. and this is the hold up. they've had these since nov 18th, but wont' update our files. so frustrating.

thank you for replying. I applied after submiting PR file. PR applied on Nov 12 2019, tourist visa got approved on Jan 28 2020.

That's great! i read that if you've applied for PR, they wont' approve visitor's visa as it contradicts with the intent of TRV. it's great your spouse was able to get it. I might apply and see if my spouse will be approved.

Picked according to application received date in most cases. 99 percent of decision made and ppr are sent in batches

No pre-arrival because you are already in Canada. Only those who are outside Canada can access pre-arrival services. Being present in Canada also affects background security check in some way.

Any idea what time it changed? I mean when did you check it last time?
