Per arrival means i passed interview right ? or they can still refuse my application ?
It means you passed interview 100% … keep checking ECAS for status change to "Decision Made" .. that would be next update .. they don't email anything before PPR

When you open up the online tool service than on the applicant side you will se “in process”. Click on that icon you will see 4 line in that one. First is your application submitted date, second is file processing date from NDVO, third is medical instruction and the last one is medical receiving.
Here second line tells you the date NDVO start processing your application in new delhi

Hey, I haven't heard of this online service tool before. I just googled and came across a page where application status can be checked https://services3.cic.gc.ca/ecas/introduction.do?app=ecas
It asked for an Identification number. I once filled-in my PR application number and second time tried with UCI but got an error message "We were not able to identify you using the information you provided."
Do you have an idea where am I going wrong? Thanks

if there is no surname on the passport, use the full given name as last name.

I do have a surname on my passport. Not sure why the same error message is being displayed again and again. The information I am filling-in is correct and my application is quite old, it's been more than 6 months after eAOR. Everything is alright with my EE profile, I am able to access it. It's just this online-service tool that is showing this glitch.

Guys after interview i got per arrival letter when will they send passport request letter any idea ?

I am in somewhat similar situation .. May 23 applicant
Its because of late file transfer. Mine was moved to NDVO on DEC 6, and my I got additional document request. After submitting additional documents, ECAS status changed back to "In PROCESS" .. no update after that. Your story is similar as well since you have received medical/bio much later … the status will change back to "In Process" once they start working on your file .. expect that to happen soon because MAY applicants started receiving DM now
Plus if the status is APP REC it means your file has reached NDVO or Mississauga for processing .. Keep checking when it changes back to "IN PROCESS"
