All who got FILE MOVED/transferred to NDVO 2019 please join

Anyone who submitted documents to NDVO via email please respond asap-----

I made several attempts to send documents via email and everytime, I received 2 contradictory messages-
1st automated email reply saying email has been received,
and after sometime …. 2nd auto-reply stating mail could not be delivered due to mailbox full

Even though ECAS status changed to in-process after 5 days after sending documents, I am still unsure if they received my email.

Please clarify if anyone had same experience.

Hi, can you share the number from which you got this call? We can save that number so that it doesn't get missed as from unknown number.

Hi All,

NDVO usually takes longer than the other visa offices like Mississauga. I see people panicking as there is no movement for months. With my experience I can say it's normal and yes it's usually in batches. So it is a wait game.

Note : Keep a eye on your inbox you will receive the pre arrival and passport request in an email. Watch your spam folder too sometimes emails from IRCC land there. 20% cases will take longer (Crosses 12 months).

Looking at the current trend, I am guessing that we will get some update in a batch same like other files have been processed earlier at NDVO.
Since majority of APRIL applications have been processed and also some MAY/JUNE are close to DM, I am really hoping to hear something
in the next batch.

our visa office was ndvo bit since we live in punjab and there is a consulate in chandigarh. we sent it jan 14 and they stamped it and shipped it to the rerurning courier service on jan 16. pretty much they stamped it the day they recrived it. we are not getting it till the 20th since the couriers logistics willing be taking a long cut. hopefully same process in ndvo if it goes there. if there is a consulate close by your state the ppt can go there

I’ve submitted the passport to Chandigarh VO now, since I’m a chd resident! I hope it’s not sent to Delhi for the process!
