Oh that is tough... What is the error, try putting 2 in number of dependent field.. I had some challenges too to link i just had to change that number.. If it's only u n your partner try 2.

Thanks for reply,i tried every option still not able to link.i send again an email about requested photographs two days back and got an automated reply that New dehli has received the email,is this the coinformation that they recive the documents?Ecas show nothing about reception of documents.

I hope what you referring to is a automatic reply. In my case I received an email from Mississauga stating that they received all my documents and mentioned all the files names.
Also, I wouldn't suggest you to expect anything to be updated on ECAS about your documents being received. As far as I know ECAS won't show anything about documents. It will tell you only about the correspondence that they sent, about when the processing was started and also about medical test but nothing about the additional documents.

Finally we are able to link our application to Gckey,its shows that everything is in progress like background check and eligibility but the column of additional documents still says that we need additional documents,but i had emailed at Ndvo last Wednesday.Any suggestions how could we sort this out.

That's great.. Finally now you can keep a tab.. And you don't have to be worried about the additional documents, it might take really long for your documents to reflect... I passed my medical test in March but it still shows required in the documents section.
But it reads that I passed my medical on 13th March so I just need to disregard the document section.
