Trust me I know the trauma this waiting phase is causing. I have literally gave up on this waiting game. Who knows when this will end, or when we will unite again with our spouse. I will be thankful if this ends in 2021. Just frustrated!

Yes u can apply. Although there's no guarantee that you'll get trv.

Oh that’s great! Nothing to worry about my friend, simply means they sent off a request to the RMO (Regional Medical Officer) to have approval to extend your meds validity most likely an additional 6 months! Either the RMO will grant extension or Ndvo will send you re-meds request

I went through the same! When did your original meds expire?

Would you happen to know, how long does this process takes?

ECAS status

1. We received PA name 's application for permanent residence on June 17, 2019.
2. We started processing PA name 's application on September 16, 2019. --- AOR2
3. We sent PA name medical instructions on August 13, 2019. To avoid delays, please provide us with the information requested as soon as possible. Please consider delays in mail delivery before contacting us.
4. Medical results have been received. (med passed Aug 26)
5. We sent PA name a letter on August 30, 2019. Please consider delays in mail delivery before contacting us.

this is what ECAS says. The file was sent to New Delhi on Aug 30th. We received that letter in the cic account. After that we didn't receive any letter.
Does anybody know what is the average processing time in Delhi ?

We have the exact same thing, even 1 month early than you but file went thru Ottawa. So may like to wait when dealing NDVO. This wait could be 4 weeks to 4 months more who knows!

Congratulations..Great to see they are working .Has anyone else received the pre arrival letter?Any Feb 2020 applicant whose file was moved to NDVO in march got any updates?.
