Anyone who got pre arrival on 7th Nov but still waiting for DM? I read somewhere on this forum that pre arrival means eligibility passed. This is followed by security checks upon which you get DM. But I am also reading messages where candidates got DM one day after getting pre arrival.

Got pre arrival Nov 4. Still waiting for DM and PPR. Not equal processing time for everyone!

The trend that I've seen is that those who got pre arrival received DM either in a couple of days or 10-15 days later and then another 10-15 later passport request. Again many of these applicants were closer to the end of their application timeline.

i have a question to ask please if anyone can assist me

my application on pr side changed from received to in process November 19 2020
however the second line date has not changed to November 19 2020
it still says we started processing application on February 06 2020
is this normal?

If your file was first moved to Mississauga then its normal. Otherwise never heard of both Line 2 and In-process dates being different.
PS- I never got Line 2 added on PR side... only the status change showed up
