my IELTS result was 5.5 so i have to take ELI program, after that i will appear in Business Administration Management (BAG).
it takes 1.5 month to get offer letter from seneca college.

Brother go for University because visa chances are high.
Apply for BBA in Memorial University of Newfoundland. (Reputed and Cheap)

I partly agree with not to apply in colleges and even universities in Ontario but completely agree with it that your course must be according to your studies...
