All transcripts/diplomas needed for BC PNP?

I am completing an application for PNP. I graduated undergrad at a University in the USA in 2003, then went to trade (culinary) school for a year in BC, then more recently got a masters degree in BC.

Do I need official transcripts for my undergrad degree and my trade school? I only have the official transcript for my masters degree and not sure if going back to get older, lesser ones is necessary? Also, do I need to have copy of diploma from each program? I only have the diplomas from my undergrad and graduate degrees (not the culinary school trade school).

Dear experienced people,

I am currently filling in my BC PNP Express Entry for International Graduates, I am wondering if I can use my unofficial transcript for my BC PNP since it is accessible from my university account without the hassle to contact my almamater. Side note, I used my unofficial transcript for my open work permit and CIC allowed me. Please advise whether unofficial transcript or official is more favorable.
