Hi to all forum members,
What's up. What about credentials assessment............has somebody been able to get some info, I've read somewhere that in early Nov this year, CIC is gonna publishing it on their website - mostly for regulated professions, relevant regulatory bodies assessment would be required and for non-regulated professions they are going to nominate few assessment agencies....but I cannot say it a reliable source, as I'd consider it reliable only when it gets appeared on CIC website.
What do you guys think.

The more I'm doing research for credentials assessment for REGULATED PROFESSIONS, I'm getting the information that for regulated professions it'd be regulatory body that is responsible for assessment of credentials.
Guys it is only my view point, may be in Nov things come differently, but most likely CIC will ask for regulatory body assessment.

Check out 1st page of the post here.it's well explained by farhan.

Good on all forum members......
Well, re-took IELTS and got 8 bands......I suggest you all to have improved IELTS bands as you've time at this point in time, although CLB 7 (which is equivalent to IELTS General 6 in each module at least) is required - but better to have good bands.
What's up............just wait till Jan 13...

Hello to everyone,

do you think that CIC will prefer IELTS band 9 or 8 when accessing new applications even if minimum requirement will be set up to CLB 7 (IELTS BAND 6) ?

I mean, if someone has enough points, is there a chance that unwritten rules apply while they are doing applicant's assessment ?

Did any body hear the news regarding credentials assessment agency???
I didn't see any up-date neither on their web nor FCRO website....

Hi Sara good to see u back.probably they would
Announce credentials assessment agency in Jan.
Me too preparing for IELTS for better score.
I still think they would start accepting applications
From June or July, these months are still considered
As early 2013.recent post by cic gives a hint
About regulatory bodies would check credentials.
Eoi won't be applicable in 2013.these are my conclusion
After reading several post.what do you think?

i read a news article they will start accepting application in march 2013 , EOI will be applicable from nexxt year the rest is God knows better ...just hoping that they keep pebc for credential assesment of pharmacist but this is the only authorize organzation for pharmacist in ontario lets see
