Immigration Minister Jason Kenney is expected to announce the new directive in Calgary Thursday during a speech to the C.D. Howe Institute.

Thursday has just begun in Canada. So wait and watch with crossed fingers.

Interestingly.. the update date on the page is 29-06-2012 and today is 28th.. looks like they uploaded only the instruction page by mistake one day earlier.. but it clearly says.. from 01-jul-2012 only job offer and phd allowed.. no NOCs.. :'( :'( :'(

They have always been rude....dont you remember last year that cap of 1122 reached on 8th July and they informed in mid august. So anything is expected from Canada's Immigration minister. They are not as smart as Australians who have been publishing details of their new immigration system (starting from 1st July 2012) since last year. Though I have already posted my application, however I still believe that the rumor and articles have substance in them, otherwise these newspaper will not publish details without any reason.

please kindly check the CIC website...its official now...no FSW at the moment..
they will only accept fsw with job offer and phd students...

read the guide. their updation is still in process to reflect the changes in all web pages..its quite a shock CIC can take such a horrid steps breaking ppl's heart and morale...pathetic

this page is not updated.. only the 7000 guide has been updated.. see the date at the bottom of the page.. looks like 7000 has been posted by mistake.. as date also says 29-06-2012 which is tomorrow..
