Now the NOC 1122 is in two parts,

1) NOC 1122 - for management
2) NOC 1123 - for marketing and advertising

How do you know that? there is not an official post on the cic webpage.

in the additional family information form, we have to give info of ourself, spouse, mother and father. But my mom is no longer in this world, so should i include her info and then mention (deceased/late) or should i not mention her at all ???

kindly reply

I'm sorry to hear your loss.
Yes, include her info and "check" the deceased box.

Hoe about for those who are re-applying? the family info, do I also write that they have been refused an immigrant visa and state the reason as main applicant which is me was rejected due to JD mismatch? and do I also put my UCI number as UCI number of my dependents?

Furthermore, is there any preference in filling out the forms, like all BOLD letters or upper/lower case is acceptable. There are some fields with limited characters and if I use all BOLD letters, the space won't be able to accommodate the information.

As for the personal history (work and address), how do you type "PRESENT"? This is from your start date and until now you are employed with the same company and live in the same address. Please Help!

Above is just a RE-POST...GUYS PLEASE HELP! I am filling out the forms and panicking!

First of all, to the best of my understanding - UCI is for principal applicant. I'm also re-applying (initially applied in 2007, now due to backlog slashing my case will be returned - although not yet but even then I'm re-applying on Jul 01, 2012). I'm mentioning my UCI (the number that allocated by CIC in year 2007).

I think, here background declaration is being referred.... as BG declaration contains the information regarding your parents, their BOB / place of birth / and date of decrease (in case)...........

Whoever you declare as "relative in Canada", you must provide his / her PR card or Canadian passport. Now its your call, ask your both relatives - whoever is ready / willing to provide you PR / passport copies - you can indicate that one.

Siddharth,
All the best for your IELTS. Hope you will do better to score to get perfect points.
The Idea to get high Band is Don't Panic, speak Clearly and go with your own slang ( I believe Indian English is better than someother Country), Don't try to speak western Accent. be simple straight to the point , use all type of complex sentences... Practice a lot
Is it too much.
I think the above idea helps you
