I just heard from my consultant that they were notified by CHC Delhi that the processing could get delayed due to bulk visa applications received but was assured that they would reciprocate within 15 working days for SSP category.

well that's bad !..till know those who applied on 22nd have been issued visas.I applied on 25th lets c..when my turn comes !

This is for CHC delhi and not CHC chd so I think you should be okay.
Is there anyone hear who made any progress with their application since 21st Nov - the ones I saw are for CHC chd so just making sure that I havent missed any post.

ohkay I forgot that fact lol.Actually yes money0044121 applied on 22nd and got his passport dispatched yesterday and his visa today.He applied in CHC Chd.

Are you sure, if an entity like CHC even hold communication with road side consultant/agents?

do the CHC contact agents or consultants? unless an enquiry is made, i doubt they will make any such claims

Not all consultants can be termed as such.
I was not following up my case with them so cant quite relate to the term 'pester' but they took the initiative to find out the delay as they calculated the response time for previous applicants and was finding out the reason from CHC. Thats initiative and should be commendable .
I agree that a lot of sour grapes make the entire lot look sour .
