My friend visa is rejected today, applied on 24th nov at chc delhi. Feeling very bad for him.

I dont know excatly his % or any backlogs and individual scores in IELTS.

Latest update !...a friend of mine who applied on 10th November got his visa stamped today !..10th November-6th December i.e. 18 working days !..so the conclusion is we can't judge it by any pattern that when a decision on a particular application will be taken by the CHC.And he applied in CHC CHD.

ya.....u have to b lucky for that.......maybe that can b because of a certificate course......if he?she would have tried for pg diploma or masters, it could have been his chance

Well, he did his +2 ( with % somewhere 60) and applied for Computer Engineering Technician at sheridan college.
IETLS 6 bands overall
7.5 Lakh loan against FDR
1 semester i.e 7200 $ already paid fee receipt
No gaps

Any other specific details I have no idea.This is all I know !
