All those applicants applied under old system(before Feb,2008)

No, he is my freind on trackit...but this month I got a mail
to submit again police certificate and proof of funds statement
....also updated some forms.Which I hve send them last week...
now waiting for some positive reply from CHC.

Hi Noman,

My file also started moving in the same way after a wait of 5 1/2 years. They asked for PCC and updated forms and confirmed that the the MR will be sent on receipt of the required documents. ALHAMDOLILLAH my visa was stamped with in 6 months.
I am sure for you it will work in the same way. All the very best for you.

did you applied in the year of 2007? i see from your response that your case starts moving after 5 1/2 years. I had asked because I have applied May 2007 and until now had not recieved any feedback from my application.

One of my friend on trackit applicant of May 2004, got his medical
this month. Today he did his medical by Dr Wakil...and unbelievable
he got this reply in evening from CHC:




Thank you for your recent enquiry.

The Government of Canada's Economic Action Plan 2012, which became law on June 29, 2012, will impact certain federal skilled worker applications. For additional details on how your application may be affected, please refer to the following website:

It is recommended that you do not undergo medical examinations until further instructions have been issued.

@ Erdavid Might sme connection problem on ur copmuter,but its very clear instruction for backlog.


@ MOK dear, I hve taken my Caips in the beginning of the year.
Where my review of case was done in 2009...and then I submitted
my updated forms in july 2010. I hve a query if my Selection
was zero then why they send me again for these updated forms?????
