Eligibility means good news!!! That's the most complicated stage of a PR application where they check your education, work experience, English score, etc. Now they are checking your other stuff like police certificate but I think it shouldn't take too long

it is almost one month after medical passed . background is in progress

I have different info in 2nd and 3rd portal. In second one Eligibility check is complete but 3rd one shows that eligibility is in progress. Why is it different?
