I think it would be a good idea to keep the forum open for IT folks. TCS/Wipro/Infy etc all have same policies when it comes to issuing reference letter.. they don't issue anything! By the way what is your CRS and plan?

I think we can get one from our Team Lead or Manager if the HR is not willing to do so.. BTW I am from TCS and I have CRS 462, going to lose 5 marks to age in the first week of december..

462 is good score....is it with 50 or without ?
