My husband is the primary applicant. He is inland..and I am an outland applicant.. I should be getting ppr first right.?

My spouse(outland) got PPR before I received Portal 1. She's already got the visa while I'm still waiting for P2.

Hii, all the stages of my pr application is completed since June 30 still waiting for final decision. Any idea how long it takes. PVO : Winnipeg and SVO : Whitehorse
