3 people got portal 1 mail. They are all inlands. i think the other 6 would get by monday. But all of them now have copr details showing on their trackers
That’s good news! At least we know that since July RROC is pretty active and processing cases in order by date of AOR.
i guess around 2 weeks per AOR month?

Exactly. looks like they process an aor month within 2 - 3 weeks. then move to the next month. with this in mind, i'll just say we should expect them to use the rest of august to process march aor. then september should see them start april aor.

With some luck, they can finish March next week. They got to 15th March this week.. so they could finish it by next week.. and then already start with April by next week of August! That would be great :)

it stills annoys me that they are clearly delaying processing on purpose to get to that 5/6 months mark. we could all be with ppr by now if we are being honest.. but at least they are working on our applications, so it's great to see the movements happening!

The trends you share from the WhatsApp group of March, are they generally for FSW/CEC or do the approvals include PNPs also?

question to all, does all completed for prime applicant while spouse eligibility is in progress (rest all completed) be considered as green signal for PPR?

It's not a whatsapp group of general March AORs, though there's probably something out there for that purpose. This one is a group tracking applications being processed in a specific VO called RROC (Rapid Response Operations Centre). I think it's mostly FSW/CEC, haven't heard of any PNPs being stuck there but could be a few possibly.

Not a conventional VO really, more like some sort of virtual division created by IRCC during Covid to "fast track" certain applications. Nowadays they're clearly not doing any fast tracking, but seems to be used for load managing other VOs and purposely delaying random files to meet average processing speeds.

RROC is different from CPC-Ottawa correct?

Spouse eligibility will never become complete. If you have all complete for primary application, then that should be a good sign. However, you may still want to confirm with call center agent or request notes since there are also people who are all green but security screening is still in process.
