Okay. so, I have an update. Not a PPR/portal email but an update. I had filled out the web form on July 11, in which I had enquired about my file and its status. Also, about my VO. I received an automated response the next day.

Today, I received this response from IRCC:
Good day,
Thank you for contacting Immigration, Refugees and Citizenship Canada.
We are working on processing applications as quickly as possible. Rest assured that you will be informed as soon as a decision is reached or if additional information is needed. While your application is being processed, we recommend consulting the Check your application status page to learn how we are processing applications during the pandemic and how to check the status of your application........

Any thoughts?
I got exactly this response today. Let’s hope they’re checking web forms to know if we sent something important before they process our applications.

But a reply like means nothing, it is as much as a automated reply scheduled to all those who raised webforms.

ITA March 23
AOR May 13
All completed since July 10. VO RROC
No email. No COPR on Tracker.

Good news again, the standard processing time of FSW is now further reduced to 5 months. Now, those who have an AOR date in March could be more confident to argue and even file a mandamus soon.
Yes! Still hoping that they will process our file before that, but good that we won 1-2 months to call and ask for priority processing

I just got my GCMS notes, I was hoping for something along the lines of "Parked for PACE review" or something but I got the following:

Notes 1: (2023/05/31)
**Officer Review** PA applying as FSW. Meets minimum requirements.
Eligibility Passed
Crim Passed
Meds Passed

Notes 2: (2023/05/23)
RROC rcvd CIO transfer 2023/05/18, A11.2 completed by CIO, sent to officer for review.

Notes 3: (2023/05/15)
Having analyzed this application based on the documents submitted by the applicant and the information contained in the file, I make the following recommendation.
A11.2: Met
R75: FSW MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS - Met
R76: SELECTION CRITERIA - FSW POINTS: APPEARS TO MEET
R76: SELECTION CRITERIA- FUNDS: APPEARS TO MEET
FSW points total: 74

Ready to Finalize

RPRF: Complete

Thoughts?

Looks good. Most of us are stuck in this stage as well, I think our files are pending final review.

Yeah, I feel like there is no closure or no indication on what they are doing right now. I saw some folks here had files parked for review, Josh had something weird as well. I got what I already knew like I learned nothing new from GCMS notes. That's kinda unnerving idk

Your notes look exactly the same as mine, even the time.

I think the best way to get useful information is to compare with some others’ notes who received RFV immediately after all complete. From there, we can tell what exactly is missing in our case or maybe they just intentionally delay. But unfortunately, only people who got stuck request notes.

Honestly, I am happy that our notes are the same. It gives me a false sense of security :D

Do you guys think that they might be sending files to simply wait so that the average processing time doesn't drop too much? They select cases randomly to do this. Honestly cannot think of any other explanation since we all seem to have everything passed/completed...

It's a government institution, I wouldn't be surprised if these guys are artificially inflating processing times

That is my initial thought. They just randomly pick lucky dogs to help maintain a reasonable processing time.
