ADR was Sept 25. But around September 21 officer review my file in advance and approve it and cancel interview .

So technically we "Won" September 21.
Officer sent her letter right away...

But final decision letter by IAD October 14.

Medical and form request October 23

We conoleted new medical and sent in all updated forms november 10.

And now I just been waiting since we sent them everything

Please... we won our appeal on july 20 2018 and judge give right way decision but after that we didn’t get any mail regarding pcc
And medical... when we contact our lawyer they said that we didn’t get any mail and they said u contact your first lawyer you hire may be they get any mail and also said our work was finished when you won your appeal... but now i tensed and confused that how i came
To know that where our file and where they send mail if they send after our appeal winning ...
Please help where i contact and how i came

It can take few months to recieve... Mine came in a month but others took a few to recurve the document request

Is it helpful to call to Minister Council to know about the decision of ADR. Our ADR was 19 July and it is silent.

But my question is that where they send me pcc or medical req. .... they send req by mail or post???? If i want to chsnge my email ??? And my ecas is also not open with previous uci number... please help me how i open my ecas to check status ??

I thibk they will send to whatever communication channel you have been using

hi everyone. i am new here.i need some advise on what to do with my application..my visa was denied on april 2018 because of criminality.( section 36(2)c )- hubby apllied for appeal on may and in june we got a letter from IAD that my appeal was allowed and so after 3 months VO manila sent me request for new medical and a REHABILITATION. is this normal for them to ask for a rehabilitation even tho i won the appeal already ?

Hi ask ko lng kelan kyo nagpasa nag application at denied ng 2018? Naka recieve ba kyo ng Procedural fairness letter bago ma deny? Thanks
