Just checked my GC key and the status has finally been changed to approved. There is a counterfoil and expiry so assuming it’s safe to say his passport has been stamped?

Good night all if you don’t have any status in Canada your spouse sponsored application have refused still have not yet know why .thats my best option just want to know the steps as fast as possible please and thank you all

Got the same situation. We have to stay strong and positive. It was really hard news on Friday but that is the reality and we won’t give up.

File refused on last Friday. We are applying an appeal on Monday with the lawyer. Can’t wait to know all the details with him? I will let you know!

Please advise us how to show our chat history on Facebook, Skype, and Whatsapp since 2011 until present how far back, and exactly how? What process to use. what way the credible fb chat history and calling history for appeal devision that accept able for adr and how every one generate their chat history whats app message history and other stuff those are accepted by IRCC and appeal division

hii..try to collect maximum things for example..best n strong relationship proofs like that..
wedding pics.after that till today all together events pics.
spouse visit pics.boarding pass.passport copies of exit entry pak.tax paid documents showing spouse name as partner.insueance policy document beneficiary applicant spouse.any property transfer document showing spouse name.all documents set showing spouse name as partner like id card.passport any bank account or cheque book etc.job any benefit like health card etc showing spouse name.fon bills from both of u same mnths.which shows each other contact number n call duration.famly supportive letter from parents.frnds or any govt official authority that knows about your relationship from both canada n pak.specially people who met your spouse personally or who attend your marriage.face book chat.messenger cal log.whats up screen shots showing date n spouse contact number.facebook postings like eid.birthday wishes for each other etc.cell fon msgs screen shots from both sides showing spouse fon number...specially recent pak trip proofs must include together pics.hotels bills or shopping receipts n exit entry stams passport copies...

You will have to wait for case file (also referred to as blue book). They will send you within 120 days.

My gckey also showed the same when I checked it this morning. I am assuming everything was approved, and the passport should be back soon.
