So guys this stupid immigration process refused our file in interview last year in July then after we applied for appeal . These stupid people gave us full hearing date which was third week of July and suddenly they cancelled it with a stupid reason of unavailability of minister.idk what the hack is going on. Please help me guys thabks. My previous VO was NDVO

What province are you in? Still not the 2 yrs some of us waited. Am sure they will contact you asap. Also call.your IAD office and see what's going on.
Can you please help how I can win appel , my refusal reason was bad faith in marriage as my and my wife's family was not in the family , no age gap.

The MP is almost powerless in appeals. As an appeal is before the courts. There's a few of us that have won this yr. I suggest you read back about 2 yrs. You will learn from a variety of cases. Certainly everyone in here can help. I have to be at work in a few hours. Meantime you can also read up on CanLi website. On their search for similar cases. Actual transcribed cases. Some successful. Some not.
Is there a reason why they don't give you an ADR?
Idk why they didn't give us ADR . May be they think our case will solve in full hearing . Can you tell me that if we have to submit more proofs now or on the day of hearing ? Like India visit of my wife and photographs etc.

Hello everyone! Thanks to GOD my husband got his PPR on Monday!
Only thing is when he sent it DHL said he can not include a pre paid envlope. They said he will pay once he picks it up from DHL office. Anyone know why this might be? He sent his pasport to Ghana. I'm so excited and over the moon but I just pray this won't cause delays.
Please someone let me know if you have heard of this.

You have 20 days before hearing to submit new evidence to IAD & Ministers Counsel/CBSA. Otherwise they won't look at it.
Thanks , but if we have more documents to submit on the day of hearing they won't take any ?

Yeah its normal process. After medical they start background check which takes long. Wait for awhile your application sounds okay.

Correct you have to submit before hand. Why can't you send them in. You need copies and everything
