Hello...but all the documentsyou just listed for your ADR...was thst not already included in your application? And I know this was back in 2018 but i am new here...what was the outcome?

You also want to include new evidence covering the time from when you applied until the time of refusal to support the ongoing relationship. For example call and txt logs, If you made trips show that. Any financial support, letters of support from family and friends etc....

When husband received his interview date, i had submitted a letter explaining why I did not travel, a letter of confirmation of new job, call log ( no txt though), few more western union transfer to him, my tax file as married as year before filed as common law, and a brief letter explaining how n when we met to how we came to marry.
What more can I possibly add? I just started new job 3 months ago n waiting meet with boss to see when I can take holidays to go visit my husband.

If our refusal says husband is inadmissible-that means we can not apply for ARC, correct?

If your husband was refused because he was removed from Canada and now is inadmissible for 5 years as a result I would seriously seek legal aid. Have you considered contacting the Cohen immigration law firm? They own this forum. see the top of the page. You could also go to the court house and see if the family law canter can be of assistance?
No, our application was denied because officer said she had concerns our relationship was not genuine and she voiced that to him in interview and his answers did not convince her otherwise. Seems she already had decision before. If regards to asking about ARC or applying for visittor visa is because part of our refusal has some clause that says inadmissible...nothing about a ban.
Our refusal also says we have right to appeal....
You will need to email the IDA notice of appeal within 30 days. If just prove that you mariage is genuine can be straightforward but you need to be confident and capable of doing right since this you last change before going to federal stage to prove that your marriage is genuine. If you feel not confident an enough ask for legal advice. All the best

We did receive the refusal letter and that stipulated we have right to appeal. Just gave a link to that form...at the bottom was information where to submit based on location....there was only address telephone and fax number.
But I would assume it can be emailed.
Doubt check I am not sure if change but you can email or fax and just make sure provided email that will send back the record to you
You both could get banned since both of you lied. You can also have a lifetime ban on sponsoring your wife and children because you didn’t state them on your original application. Looks like you never qualified to be sponsored with your parents because you were already married. There are so many issues and so many lies. Whoever recommended this was a good idea did you a great disservice.

I am just writing this to give courage and support to those couples who are in appeal process or who is worried if they lose the Full Hiring. I was rejected in embassy and then went for ADR but they never decided about our case. Then we went for Full Hiring and then lost our appeal. Many peoples i talked. They told me that now you can't come to Canada because your case was rejected from the court plus you can't submitted the second application with the same proof. Then we submitted our 2nd new application. Now i am in Canada. Stay strong and believe in your marriage. Have a good night. Bye
