Any KVO denials? Once ADR is won how long before passport request and hubby landed?

I believe there may be one not that long ago. Name escapes me. But I would suggest going back and reading January 1st to present.
Once you win adr or appeal. The PA's file is sent to Ottawa. They will ask you for updated forms, medical and pcc if expired. Then you wait for them to process. For my husband, we appealed and won May 9. File in Ottawa June 5. Request for new forms, meds & pcc July 11. August 10 dm. Oct 2 passport request email. So far 4 mos for us. Rabat, Morocco is the vo.

My lawyer just destroyed my life!

I just received the refusal letter. Why? Because my lawyer went on a vacation for 2 weeks without even telling me. She just left me hanging. When she came back.. she was so annoyed if i call her to ask her what proof and documents she needed. So ... i kept following up and i sent everything to her early. She waited till the last day to send the file to the VO ... i mentioned many times that she needs to do it sooner because we have delivery issues in Lebanon! But no.. she is annoyed if i talk to her! I just received a refusal letter because they didn't receive anything from me ...... i gathered tons of proofs.. but they didn't receive anything from her! She just destroyed me.

What should i do now. They said appeal in the letter.. but should i appeal in my case? Or talk to her? Or to the immigration? Im so lost and sad!

Sorry to hear your refused. Sounds like your lawyer was not professional. It could be better to reapply. Depends on where you are in Canada for appeal wait times. Could be any where from 1 to 3 years. I would probably fire the lawyer. Need to read back on here about one year to gather a perspective on wait times. What you need to gather for appeal. Good luck.

If you have an email asking you for updated forms etc. They should be telling you to upload them or send them. To ottawa. I don't have the mailing address offhand.

Did you send in all your new proof to IAD like they directed. 30 days before? Or they won't look at. Also somewhere on here you will find questions they could ask you or your husband. There's alot buy they won't ask all.

I have all the proof and have to have it there 10 days before my interview, mine is a Skype interview and just for myself. Hubby is allowed to attend this interview...just wondering how long it takes to get passport request afterwards? Assuming is VO specific. Hubby is Jamaican

now two days ago in ECAS they changed status from "in process" to "Decision made" but i didn't get any PPR or any other correspondence.

What does it mean that Decision Made, did they reject my application or they will ask for Passport ?

What does it mean that Decision Made, did they reject my application or they will ask for Passport ?

It means they'll most likely be e-mailing you at some point to ask for your passport, it could take a week, or it could take a month, it varies, I got mine pretty fast, but someone else on here waited over a month, it could have something to do with whether the PA is inland or not, but I'm not 100% sure on that.

They will probably ask for updated forms. Possibly a new medical and/or pcc. Never know with cic but after you win your adr the file should be sent to Ottawa. Ottawa will contact you for what they want. Could be a few more months. Until passport request.
