I appealed on feb 2017 and got bbook on 25th july and upto now no news

I personally would think so, although my guess is the IAD does have access to a digital file which probably contains all of your stuff, who knows if they look at anything other than what's on paper. For them to grant ADR they have to believe your case could be solved in a less formal setting and that it would take a shorter amount of time to convince the minister's counsel that they were wrong. If there's not much in your file, then they'll most likely think you need a full hearing, this is just my guess though. My blue book was just GCMS notes and forms and I never got ADR.

I guess I will have to wait and see. I cannot bare the timeline for a full hearing much less ADR

*I am beginning to feel like the visa officer might have done that intentionally to make it difficult.... Haha. There was no proof in it AT ALL in the Blue Book. No photos, no chat logs. Just the forms and the additional pages to what would not fit on the form.

My bluebook is the same there is hardly any relationship evidence in there and none of my photos are in it, I guess they are hoping that we won't be able to assemble the evidence again to support for our appeal. It is pretty much hopeless to get an ADR because there is nothing to show.

That's what I thought. It would be hard to get ADR if they didn't receive a full package. It doesn't make sense to me why some ppl get all of it and some ppl only some....lazy visa office I guess.

This is where an mp office can help. They can't do any thing like make an adr or appeal happen faster. But they can inquire about the rest of your evidence? Because remember IAD & CSBA get a copy. This is what they go off for proof. I don't think this is a new trend. Or laziness. Perhaps incompetance. Or downright evil. The visa office waits for a request of file from IAD I believe. Your vo did not scan all. They got 4 months to produce file, this is not file. I would complain to either your MP or your MLA. You are trying to attain an adr which is only an hour. And happens faster than an appeal. Do all what you can to make sure your attempt at adr is not just a request. If you wait it's just more evidence to go through and an hour is clearly insufficient. I didn't have the chance at adr. My full hearing only 2 hours. Seriously could have tweaked it even more. The latest is less ppl now work at IAD. So they would like to select more adrs to deal with appeals. As the appeal wait will get longer. Then a bigger backlog. And from what I've seen on here there has been alot of refusals in the last few months.
I read, I dug deeper. I asked questions of whoever I thought could move it along. I didn't get a faster appeal. Almost a 2 yr wait. Or maybe I did. Follow ppl.on twitter. Learn as much as you can ppl.

My husband and I had a very good meeting on Skype for 2 hours with our Immigration Consultant. You know what we discovered? The notes were written SIX WEEKS AFTER THE INTERVIEW! What happened? That is why the notes are full of lies and inventions! It is totally the OPPOSITE of what my husband said or not said! Did the VO delete our notes by mistake? Did she lose them in some way and 6 weeks later decided to write another set of notes? During ALL THAT TIME, she met and talked with other people and she dealt with many applications. Somehow she mixed my husband with someone else!!! According to our IC, she should have contacted my husband and asked him to come for a second interview. This is quite bizarre!

I just received my blue book but it only has the forms submitted. Is it typical for it to not have any of the relationship proof (communication, pics etc)? I'm ready for this long process!!

I thought they are suppose to have everything that you submitted in the blubook? Wow

They are supposed to have everything. Either the visa office didn't scan copies. Or CSBA didn't scan copies. Somebody make a mistake.

Yes it did. Only thing not in there was 70 pages of skype and messenger over 2 yrs. My husband took it with to interview. She don't look at it she don't take it. I didn't even bother with it for proof for appeal.
