Galano 1213, i wanna ask you about the phone history the phone record is required official cell phone companies stamps and the letter for that user for show that history to cic or in appeal or that history required extra notarization too, and second what about the fb chat history how that chat history become valid to use for cic and IAD. there is no stamp possible on fb chat.

We never have phone call history all we use is fb chat pretty much everyday for proof at IAD was all those significant proof visit pictures recipe plus we did review the blue book package

I was denied March 22,2016 appealed April 2016 took 120 days to receive blue book Got ADR DeC 20 2016

Marriage is not genuine is the standard reason given to most for refusal of application . Order the gcms notes that will have the actual reasons they refused You will need to address those reasons and prove them wrong

I only used the cell history from the time we were denied on the appeal as they already had previous in Blue Book. We did not have face book but as far as using it I would only use a few from each month to show you are communicating.

Yes we won Dec 20,2016 and it is now more than 7 months and still waiting on request for visa although we have met all the requirements for it to be issued.

Unfortunately it takes time and I think you will soon get a date Call the immigration office and ask to speak to your representative they may beable to give you an idea of when you will get a date.

Where did u have your appeal?

Montreal was the office and my ADR hearing was by teleconference in Halifax Nova Scotia heard by Immigration rep and CBS agent in Montreal. Same day approval.

Call your IAD for the region you are in. If you hear your in the scheduling unit then you are closer to receiving a date for hearing. It's soooo slow. But there are about 6000 appeals a year plus a backlog of almost the same. Across the country.

Why you want to withdraw when you wait 2 yrs? What's the reason for refusal? You have new proof, almost everyone wins their appeals.

I think you can do it through ecas or call your immigration office that has assigned your file number

Hi Galano1213, the interviewer were concern related the phone history can,t look like official and he ask more communication proofs such as he ask me how you prepared your wedding and i told him all and then he said do you have any proof about that talk with your sponsor and i mention about the phone calls we talk orally about that topic and preparation. and he refused to accept my phone history he said there is no any official company stamp on any page and it,s look like self created phone history. so i am confused now what is the best way to arrange our on going proofs ?

Well in future make sure there is a head I g of the company name or a stamp of the agent giving you the history.

Hi guys, I have a question I can't seem to find the answer for, when they ask you to send updated forms after you win your appeal, do you have to print, sign and then scan it so you can send it back to them via e-mail or can you just validate and send it? I'm asking because some of the forms won't allow you to type in the signature area, so I was wondering if I have to sign it and then scan the form.

Print them sign them scan and send Make sure you also register and ask for signature when you mail them
