I was nervous too. Your appeal wait was about 5 mos longer than ours. I had traveled 5 times since refusal. Staying at least one month, as long as 4 mos. Not only did we address all refusal reasons. Such as, age, culture & religious differences. But we answer to the flat out ridiculousness the vo put in her French notes. She had no reason to lie. We asked for English too. Anyhow evidence was presented first. Then my lawyer asks some key questions. Both the ministers counsel & judge can ask clerifications at any time. Then they both cross examine. We only had 3 hours. A morning slot. But we only needed 2 hours to win. Go over questions with your husband as well. They ask where I go to school. What our highest education level is. Our plan if we lose. To keep fighting to live together in Canada. My family, friends and 23 yr career are all in Saskatchewan. Our best chance for successful marriage and life is there. Oh yeah also we were going to use an interpreter. But we change our minds. Good thing as Arabic from Lebanon is not even close to Moroccan. The judge told asked the mc his thoughts. He said he is willing to set aside the refusal. And the judge declared she was in complete agreement. So we were told right then. And also got our letter 2 weeks later. Our file is in Ottawa.
Am sure you'll do fine.
