Thank you wjmund, wjmund said:You should tick YES. My wife had applied for a visitor visa, it was rejected, we said yes, and she now has her visa.
My confusion is I was rejected spouse sponsorship in March 2016, my sponsor filed appeal (that's why I am here), and we won the appeal in Jan. 2017. Our case went back to Hongkong cic office. Does it count that I "have been refused permanent resident visa? or it should be considered I have not been refused PR because we won the appeal?
If your wife tick (yes) for this question, except her visitor visa refusal, did she explain about her PR rejection as well?
Thank you again!
