Hello everyone, I'm sponsoring my wife from SEA, its been about 2 years since we've been married, a little less since our application has been submitted. Long story short; applied early 2015, interview summer 2015, refused, appealed early 2016, IAD interview summer 2016, refusal overturned, case now re-opened and application is processing. Wife received an email January 2017 for updated forms such as IMM 0008/5446 etc., Police Background Check, CSQ(QC), and Medical Exam.
My question is, I paid the Right of Permanent Residence fee, and all her forms are updated, and collected. I am just waiting for my CSQ but my lawyer said I can still send my documents in. I'm wondering... Where? The email does not provide a mailing address and gives little info at the bottom about emailing them the receipt.
7. You can pay the Right of Permanent Residence Fee online by visiting: Once the payment process is complete, the web site will display your official receipt in PDF format. Please send the receipt with your application number in the title to the following email CPCO-Cost-Recovery@cic.gc.ca.
The above information/documents must be received in our office within 60 days from the date of this letter.
If we do not have a response from you within the time allotted, we will consider your application abandoned and we will close your application.
Please note:
· Any documents submitted which are not in English or French must be accompanied by a notarized translation in either English or French.
· Please send us scanned versions of the requested documents. Please do not submit originals, unless otherwise stated, as documents submitted will not be returned.
· Please note that we can only accept unzipped PDF, JPG or .doc files that are attached to an email, totaling less than 5 MB.
So... would we just email all her updated documents after they have been scanned to CPCO-Cost-Recovery@cic.gc.ca??
Thanks in advanced!
