Why 3? I thought it was 2. 1 copy for the minister counsel, 1 copy for the IAD officer and 1 copy is for myself.

Do I have to send in my copy to the IAD as well?

1 Copy for ERO (Early Resolution Officer), 1 Copy for minister's counsel, and 1 Copy for CBSA, Border Security Agency.

All the pages must be numbered and indexed.

ADR is just you (and your lawyer if you have one), a representative from the IAD and the Minister's Counsel. There is no one else ... no calls are made, etc. The ADR is meant to be a quick attempt at a resolution to your case. The whole meeting takes less than an hour.

Can you give us an idea of why they delayed your case and what did you do to prove them.

just got my BB. I am working at putting names and dates on photo's. How is best way to prepare the 2 copies for them?

Is it 120 business days or just regular days for BB? Also, has any member tried to apply for TRP to overcome inadmissibilty(misrepresentation) while waiting for treacherous Appeal process?

People who got their BB, did you have this line in the record:

"We urge you to provide us with any evidence you wish to rely on as quick as possible so that unnecessary delays may be avoided and to allow us to settle any non-controversial issues before the hearing."

Is this a generic letter or an indication for ADR. Also, was your letter from Minister of Public safety and Emergency preparedness?

I HABE SUBMITTED PASSPORT ON 22 JULY AND STILL ITS SHOWING THT ITS BEING PROCESSED AT NEW DELHI VISA OFICE.
IS THIS NORMAL TO TAKE THESE DAYS AS THEY SAID IT USUALLY TAKES -7 BUISNESS DAYS
