Hi Galano,
There are no specific instructions on what to do once you receive your blue book, first thing you need to do is read it front to back make sure all the submitted info they have is correct read why it was refused then the not so exciting part is in your court you need to assemble proof of your relationship with your spouse you will need to gather letters from family, friends employers if needed, you will need to gather copies of all your chat logs if you are using skype or similar, phone logs if you call by phone, proof of financial support with your spouse - joint bank accounts credit cards that you both have access to in the case of a joint bank account get the bank to issue a letter stating that you and your spouse are holding the account jointly and at what date it was opened, credit cards include monthly statements showing when you use it and when your spouse uses it, assemble pictures of you and your spouse spanning your relationship they need to be dated and list who is in the photo, ensure your documents if translated are translated into english or french. Write a cover letter addressing your relationship and why you believe it to be real and the concerns of the VO who rejected it address those as well. You will probably rec. notice in 6-18 months as to if you are selected for adr or a full hearing you don't get to request they will decide based on your case and what the VO rejected it for. You can submit additional proof before they decide may or may not help it go to adr the book is your own so you need to make sure it covers everything you think it may remotely need to address for your case.
