Won ADR at March 2015 and submit the requesting documents on April to case processing center Ottawa then file sent to New Delhi visa office for further processing ,
It's been six moth but no news from NDVO anyone has experience plz share don't know how much more I have to wait .

Succeeded with Appeal on Oct 05, Appeal letter received 2 days after. Off course waiting continues, would you guys advise me to go for medical and police clearance prior to getting the letter to do so?

Hi Mohsoh,
I'm in the same boat. I won the appeal in March. April Medical done and all the document sent on may 7th. File is updated to processing. And processing date is previous 2013. How you know file is in New Delhi? did you receive any letter? Don't know when waiting going to end

Hi guys i need an advice my son is three year old he has canadian passport nd he is living in india with me from birth. Now his visa is going to expire nd the indian authority is nt extending his visa. I hv won my appeal in march 2015 nd submitted the paperwork in may but i hv nt received anything after dat. I don't know its like a month ago changed to process but processing date doesn't change. Only change is file submitted to april.

I went to in processing almost two months ago but ecase info is still same and as far I know my file is in Ottawa. I don't know what's going on? Please keep me posted if you hear anything. Once again thank you.

We are on the same situation. I have hearing appeal in Toronto. On October 21 I am going to have 90 days since my hearing date and I have not get any letter. I am getting worried :-X
