We also had our hearing in Toronto on July 21 and we haven't receive the letter yet. Hope get it soon and hope it bring very good news to each of all.

I didn't receive my decision letter yet. I called the IAD office, but the officer told me to wait--November 2015 is the latest for the decision letter (90 days from the date of the hearing).


I am still waiting. Hopefully, a good news by this week. Good luck to you Yousef60.

After my full-hearing on August 19, 2015. The Judge told me that my decision letter will come in 60 days. Even my lawyer can't do anything about this. She can't make any good decision right away since it's a 'misinterpretation' case. Still, no answer.

I even called the IAD office 2 weeks ago. Officer told me to wait 90 days.

Hi Shuaibks it means that person who has been sponsored from aboard is just in relationship to get entry into canada. According to this subsection primary reason for the marriage is entry. If I am wrong please senior forum members please correct me.

Hello gnp2012 I am in same boat. MP told me that they can not intervene in security checks. It will depend how quickly they can get info from applicants origin country called national security which I think will be head office New Delhi. Then Interpol and other security agencies. If you don't mind asking me, what region are you from in canada? If I here anything I will let you know, also if you hear anything please let me know. Lot of ips are waiting from month of August. From what I can remember you went in process early August. You should hear soon. Take care

Hello Sahil, it's really hard to say regarding timelines. It use to be 24 months previously but I don't know about know. The best bet for you will be to call iad office in Toronto and talk to your case worker. They will be the best people to give you answer on timelines. Hope this help. Take care
