We were requested for re-medical, police report and as well as few updated CIC FORMS. Is it normal for them to request updated forms? Also, how long will it take after this to get PR?

yes, it is normal. Length of time will depend on where your file is being reprocessed. You are almost there !!!!!

e case is not always reliable. Depends where the appeal will be heard. Toronto about 25 months from when you get the Blue book (maybe less now, not sure) Less time for Vancouver.

Mine says the same thing and I think they have the old information from previous. Don't worry we will get ppr request soon. Hang in there a little more.

I have some more time for my ppr... but mine was changed to in process as soon as they got my file back ... but for some people they have not changed that till the process would be done ... after they got their visas only the cic changed it ti DM or In process ....

i dont know... i can wait dear but was an issue with my medical and now all got clear after my surgery and also the biopsy report is clear too ... their was no cancer and what ever theirs nothing now too.
so, i need to get to know whether they are still hang with my medical or not but i sent an email to the visa post and asked about my status, they just said that its with the officer for review just it......

yes dear its normal
normally it takes around 6 months after won the ADR or a Full hearing for ppr

i need ur help one of my friends he got his refusal on july 2014 after that he appeal but now court told him do DNA.. they doing his baby DNA on 17-02-15.. anyone can u tell me when can he got his DNA appointment in delhi.. how long to get his visa.. how long the process left now.....because his lawyer (green) told him u can get visa with in 4 months is it true...

Hello Everyone, I'm so worried and confused. I don't know what is going wrong with my Appeal file.
My husband was denied visa in April 2014 after he attended his interview with CIC in Accra Ghana.
I immediately file for appeal for him in May/June 2014. I was six months pregnant then. Now, I have given birth to a bouncy baby boy. I gave birth to our baby In October 2014. Till date I'm still yet to get a respond concerning my appeal. I have even forwarded our baby birth certificate to them. I don't know what to do next.
I'm fraustrated. Please can some out there with experience kindly advise me.

I believe its just a formal interview, they might request passport at the interview as it happened to one of my friend's husband before.

Our case was refused as we did not send in documents within the 30 day time that VO provided. It was a miscommunication error between the VO and my lawyer which unfortunately caused us to wait an extra year.
